Grace meets power in our Acro & Aerials Camp! This 2-week session focuses on strength, flexibility, and technique as athletes learn and refine acro skills like walkovers, limbers, and front and side aerials. Perfect for dancers, gymnasts, and tumblers looking to add beautiful, dynamic movement to their skill set. With targeted drills, conditioning, and expert spotting, this camp will help athletes flip, float, and fly with confidence and control This class meets at 10am, for 50 minutes each day (mon, tues, weds, thurs) for 2 weeks.
